Recently, a fishing boat capsized in the waters near the South Cofferdam’s makeshift berth, causing three local fishermen to fall overboard. Upon the occurrence of the incident, OSS immediately activated its emergency response mechanism and—in coordination with its partner APN (a tugboat service provider responsible for vessel berthing and unberthing)—rapidly launched a maritime rescue operation. All the individuals in the water were successfully rescued, demonstrating the company's sense of responsibility and spirit of courageous action in a critical moment.
